Batch WebP Conversion
Drop up to 20 .webp files at once and convert them all to standard JPG. One image downloads directly; multiple images are bundled into a ZIP.
Quality Control
Choose JPG quality from compact to nearly lossless. Use 90 for sharing and editing, 75 for smaller uploads, or tune it exactly with the slider.
Transparency Background
JPG cannot store transparency, so transparent WebP areas are filled with your chosen color. White, black, gray, or any custom background.
Universal JPG Output
JPG works in old apps, CMS uploaders, email clients, social platforms, operating systems, and image editors that may reject WebP.
Canvas Powered
Your browser decodes the WebP, draws it to a canvas, and exports JPEG bytes instantly. No server queue, no plugin, no account.
100% Private
Files stay on your device. Nothing is uploaded to TPL Tools; only the anonymous conversion counter updates after a successful conversion.

COMMON QUESTIONS

WebP is excellent for websites, but some older apps, CMS upload fields, email tools, print workflows, and marketplaces still expect JPG. Converting to JPG gives you the most widely supported image format.

No. JPG does not support transparency. The tool flattens transparent areas onto the background color you choose before exporting the JPG. Use white for normal photos, black for dark layouts, or a custom brand color.

Use 90 for a strong balance of quality and size. Use 75 if you need smaller files for uploads. Use 100 only when you want the browser's maximum JPEG quality and do not mind larger files.

JPG is a lossy format, so some data is recompressed. At high quality settings, the visual difference is usually tiny, but converting from a lossy WebP to JPG cannot recover detail that was already discarded.

The browser canvas captures the first loaded frame. Animated WebP files are not exported as animated JPG because JPG is a still-image format. For animations, use GIF, WebP, or video tools instead.

No. The conversion happens entirely inside your browser using the Canvas API. TPL Tools never receives your images; the only network request is an anonymous stats increment after a successful conversion.
